  1. Anti-fraud managed services:   For banking/financial institutions facing this ongoing challenge and impacting their image/reputation in the marketplace, and negatively impacting their relationships with their clients to the point of liabilities and litigation in some cases.  The proposed anti-fraud service is offered on annual service fee basis and would entitle our clients for 24X7 managed service that will detect fraud attacks on specific links representing the financial institution along with a bring-down service that will eliminate the source of the attack within 48 work hours.
  2. Business Analytics/Business Intelligence opportunity:   For small/medium businesses who are interested in having their own business analytics/business intelligence (BA/BI) without IT complexities and lengthy deployment cycles.  We have web hosted solution software as a service (SaaS) solution that can be deployed within couple weeks and at very reasonable costs. The solution would feature a fully functional balanced scorecard that can help make better decisions based on real performance indicators and intelligent business processes.

Millennia-Vision Academy (MVA) opportunity: is the fulfillment of the first pillar of Millennia-Vision's (MV-TCS) business model, spinning off the training elements on its own to become regional leader in building "high-demand" professional expertise in our public and private sectors.  The idea is simply to fill the "high value gap" between 'traditional/theoretical" academic education on one end and the very tight practical vendor/product-specific training on the other end.

Millennia-Vision Consultancy (MVC) opportunity:  aiming at standardizing, growing  and stretching out the 12+ years proven consultancy model to add more capacity and break away from the current  "one-man-show" bottleneck.  We envision a phased approach for this growth/expansion of this model to reach more markets/customers and offer more services to existing/new customers.
